Looking for a 3 Bedroom House in Lincolnshire

MY HOUSE: I have a 3 bed semi-detached house. It comprises of large kitchen/diner, living room, 3 decent sized bedrooms and a small bathroom with over-bath shower. The Council will allow 6 (age dependant), but I would say 5 comfortably. My property has a large front and side garden and a back garden. It is all decorated nicely. It is an estate, but is about 90% owner occupied. It is very quiet and I have never had any bother with noise etc. It is on the edge of Lancaster (the North) so you can see fields etc from my house and only a short walk to the countryside. THE AREA: I live 10 minutes from the primary school (Skerton St Lukes, Lancaster) which is a fantastic school with breakfast and after school clubs. The secondary schools are also 15 minutes away and regular buses to the college .The local Spar shop, florist, chip shop and car wash is 5 minutes walk. There is a regular bus service into town although it is only a 20 minute walk anyway. There is a beautiful canal (5 minute walk from my house) which you can follow all the way into town too. Lancaster is a University City although it is only small and nothing like any City I have been to! It is more town-like but because of the University/Cathedral it warrants 'city' status. There are 2 Universitys which are very good and we have a great student life. The city centre has a lot of varied shops, cafes, pubs and clubs and a VUE cinema and a lively Market on a Wednesday and Saturday. We are 7 miles from the saeside town of Morecambe and 30 minutes from Blackpool. Liverpool and Manchester are only an hours drive away and Preston is about 20 minutes. All of these places are within easy reach via the train service which runs frequently too. Lancaster is a lovely place within easy reach of everything. We are also only 40 minutes from the Lake District and Cumbria. WHAT I WANT: I am looking for a 3 bed property outside of Lincoln, ideally semi-rural. Horncastle, Wragby, Lincoln (depends where) etc (Ask me!). I am open to offers and would certainly consider multiple exchanges. Must have a garden-although size is not important and nor is decoration or condition of property. The reason I would like to move is all my family are in Lincolnshire and I am terribly homesick, and also due to ill health I really need to be close to family, so no ulterior motives just want to get closer to my family. I am looking to move from May, this year, but I am flexible. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE PLEASE DON'T BOTHER, SICK OF TIME WASTERS AND WE WERE LEFT HEARTBROKEN LAST YEAR AFTER BEING LET DOWN AT THE LAST MINUTE :'( OPEN TO OFFERS SO PLEASE EMAIL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED! nellynoo76@yahoo.com
