We have on offer a spectacular 2 bed traditional ex road workers cottage close to Morar village in Lochaber in the spectacular Scottish Highlands.... One of only two meaning only one neighbour!! (and no others close by) with amazing views over the equally spectacular "Silver Sands Of Morar" (refered  often to as a holiday cottage, as that's how it looks) a trully one off property that are very rarely available (neighbours have been here 40+ yrs!!!). 2 dbl bedrooms, cosy lounge, reasonably new style clean & modern kitchen, walk-in shower, own gardens to front, side & rear, its all reasonably good decorative order throughout with almost new (under a year old) carpets, realy walk-in condition, partly floored loft, (great storage area with a ramsey drop down ladder) the majority of the property is quite original with original doors and facings throughout, main fireplace blocked but chimney lined and was in use daily by previous tenants (and have consent from our HA for multi-fuel stove with permission further granted to remove hedges at front to better the view and upgrade fencing/driveway & landscape gardens). Spectacular views, stunning scenery all around, and we overlook the head of "The River Morar" and right down the georgeous Silver Sand beachs (superb daily dog walking down the foreshore) only 3 mls from Mallaig, and 39 mls from Fort William (1/2-3/4 hr by car) with good road, regular train & bus network on mainline train services Highland Jacobean, Glenfinnan/Harry Potter bridge all closeby, quiet & peaceful but close too all  local ammenities trully the best of both worlds, excellent shops, leisure, schooling, and all the public services required close enough but leaving the living area peacefull and quiet, its not an exaggeration to state this is truly a one off oppurtunity... These properties just do not come up! and it will not last long only available now due to a sudden change in family circumstances that is prompting us to move we are in no hurry and fully intend waiting for the absolute right home to come up (which in comparison to this one will not be easy to find, we know that) but we are willing to give it a shot, serious about moving but equally we are serious about sourcing an equivalent property to replace this one.. We are specifically seeking a 1-2 bedroomed cottage or any bungalow on the edge of a village/hamlet with good local ammenities yet quiet/peacefull with DG/GCH (solar or any groundsource system even better) an Bath/shower preffered, with a well maintained, smallish private garden (we have a small well behaved cat/dog) and preferably with  its own driveway (or designated space) in all over reasonable decorative order thats about it the rest we will deal with or worry about as and when! We will consider in no particular order any or all of the following areas. All the Scottish Islands, Norfolk & Suffolk and the entire S/E S/W coastline, whilst including parts of rural Berkshire & Cumbria. (Windsor, Eton & Dachet & in whole Windemere and Ambleside but no other areas with-in these of any real interest) and certainly NO TOWNS, CITIES, SCHEMES NOR ESTATES. However feel free to offer anyway if you beleive you have what we are really looking for, we promise to answer all enquiring with a simple yes/no answer and will never waste anyones time ..(been there had it done to us could likely easily write a book about all the timewasting, daytrippers that you find when seeking a house exchange its just the sad reality of partaking in all suchlike activities). Note we have no interest in any town, city, scheme nor an estate im afraid (also been there done that one, it took us 4 houses and twenty years to find this one) we not be swayed nor will we be in anyway party to any "incentive schemes" of any type and will prefer to arrange our own removal from start to the end having been previously ripped off here also. We are aware that our task will not be easy but we are now willing to look, and take offers....
