I have a lovely big spacious 2 bed first floor flat in Portslade. It has gas central heating, double glazing, comes with OWN parking space, shared garden which isn't used! Security Intercom access, carpeted communal hall way which is cleaned every 2 weeks.. Quiet and PRIVATE close.. Close to doctors, library, shops, train stations, bus stops outside on both sides of the road! Schools, nurseries, MASSIVE park over the road. Ideal location!! I love it here but unfortunately I have now out grown it. We've been here 10yrs come October and it was a BRAND NEW build when we moved in, so there is no major work that needs doing to it. It also holds the heat in exceptionally well especially when it comes to winter, we only have put the heating on for 5/10mins at a time and it lasts for ages
